Sunfade Fitness ("we," "our") collects information you share with us so we can deliver coaching, guides, and consultations — and nothing else.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, and phone number — for example, when you fill out a lead form, download our free Calculate Your Calories Guide, or book a free discovery call.
- Booking and coaching information: appointment details through our scheduling tool, and check-in or program data you share as a coaching client (for example, through HubFit).
- Website basics: our site (hosted on Squarespace) uses standard cookies and analytics to understand visits and improve the site.

How we use it
- To send you the guide you requested and follow up about your discovery call or coaching.
- To run your coaching program — programming, check-ins, and nutrition guidance.
- To send occasional emails about Sunfade Fitness news and offers. You can opt out anytime by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any email.
- We never sell your personal information.

Who else sees it
Only the tools we use to run the business: Meta (lead ad forms), Google (booking, email, and file sharing), HubFit (client check-ins), and Squarespace (website hosting). They process your data only to provide those services.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email coachcarly@sunfadefitness.com and we'll take care of it.
